2. Do I need the app?

• No, you do not. Just tap the bracelet to the back of your phone. Move it around if it’s not connecting.

3. Do FLEX Bracelets work with every phone?

• FLEX bracelets work with 95% of phones by simply tapping your bracelet and reading the NFC chip inside.

4. Where do I tap it?

• iPhones: The NFC reader is near the top, so your best placement option is along the top back edge of your phone.
• Androids: The NFC reader is near the middle, so the bottom or top will work.

5. Are your bracelets waterproof?

• Yes, they were built to wear in competition. You can swim, shower, and bathe with your bracelet on.
